Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you'll own the employer relationship from the moment a deal closes through the life of the partnership. Today, people working for small and mid-sized employers are left to build retirement savings on their own, which leads to inefficient savings and poor outcomes. Our Account Managers are how we change that: getting plans live, getting employees enrolled and contributing, and keeping employers and their advisors confident in Common Wealth year after year. This is a high-volume, scaled role, with each Account Manager supporting a portfolio of several hundred employers.
