He has delivered EDIA and workplace culture workshops to more than 100 organizations and worked with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, G(irls)20 and Pride at Work Canada. Jason holds an Honours BA from the University of Toronto and a Master's degree in Management from Boston University, is certified in unconscious-bias decision-making, and has completed training in predictive data analytics, the ethical use of AI in recruitment, 4 Seasons of Reconciliation (First Nations University of Canada) and trauma-informed practice. He chairs the board of Business in the Streets and is a former Chair of the Toronto Fringe Festival.
